1. Discussion and presentation to ratify the monthly disbursements for September 2025 at the regular meeting of the Board of Trustees.

2. Discussion and presentation to review monthly reports and/or other updates/reports:

3. Discussion and presentation on the following budget amendments.

• 3A. BA #2526-19 General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $2,733 as a result of transfers between functional expenditure categories.
• 3B. BA#2526-20 General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $17,299 as a result of transfers between functional expenditure categories from the Board of Trustees' discretionary funds.
• 3C. BA#2526-22 General Operating Fund (199) and the Health Plan Internal Service Fund (753) budget amendments in the amount of $3,000,000 to appropriate the transfer-out from the General Operating Fund (199) and the transfer-in to the Health Plan Internal Service Fund (753) for an employer contribution to support the self-funded health plan.
• 3D. BA#2526-23 General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $3,000,000 to appropriate expenditures to fund the 2024-2025 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) project list, previously approved by Board of Trustees in the June 24, 2025, Regular Board Meeting, and the 2025-2026 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) project list that is contingent on being approved by the Board of Trustees.

 

4. Discussion and presentation to review the recommendation or selection for the following bids, proposals, or qualifications. Purchases shall be made from appropriations in the adopted/amended budget.

• 4A. Renewal of RFQ 2023-004: Psychological Services.  Estimated expenditures of $250,000.
• 4B. Renewal of RFP 23-035: Plumbing Parts and Related Items.  Estimated expenditures of $45,000.
• 4C. Renewal of RFP 23-037: Charter Bus Services.  Estimated expenditures of $60,000.
• 4D. Renewal of RFP 23-032: Trophies, Ribbons, Plaques and Medals.  Estimated expenditures of $160,000.
• 4E. RFCSP 2025-002: Installation of Wrought Iron and Chain Link Fences.  Estimated expenditures of $673,661.
• 4F. Region One 25-016594 and 23-AGENCY-000117.  Staff Development Services.  Estimated expenditures of $120,000.
• 4G. RFP 25-019: Sanitation Services.  Estimated expenditures of $309,358.
• 4H. Multiple Cooperative Contracts: Computers, Equipment, Supplies, Peripherals and Technical Services.  Estimated expenditures of $2,000,000.
• 4I. Rescind item 1C. TIPS 230305 - Vaping Sensors approved September 4, 2025 and award using TIPS 230202 - Security Systems Products and Services.  Estimated expenditures of $169,000.
• 4J. TIPS 230105: Web Hosting Services.  Estimated expenditures of $71,190.

5. Discussion and presentation on the Investment Report for the First Quarter ended September 30, 2025.

 

6. Discussion and Presentation on the Plus one Theory of Education. 

7. Discussion and presentation on a review of programs offered at Vidal M. Trevino School of Communications and Fine Arts.
