• 4A. Renewal of RFP 23-023: Remediation Services.  Estimated expenditures of $100,000.
• 4B. Interlocal Agreement with Region 18 Education Service: TEEMS Subscription and License.  Estimated expenditures of $50,000.
• 4C. Region One Child Nutrition Program — South Texas Co-op (CNP-STC) Contract RFP 23-0136: Fresh Produce.  Estimated expenditures of $600,000.
