1. Discussion and possible action to approve the 2025-2026 compensation plan included in the Budget, which may include raises for District personnel as determined by the Board of Trustees, with the understanding that such personnel salaries and raises may be retroactively adjusted as necessary to maintain compliance with the requirements of all legislation passed by the 89th Texas Legislature, and subsequent interpretations by appropriate authoritative bodies, which is not yet known.
