• 3B. BA #2425-50 the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $68,581 as a result of transfers between functional expenditure categories. 
• 3C. BA #2425-51 the General Operating Fund (199) and ERATE Fund (180) budget amendments in the amount of $1,294,016 to appropriate the transfer-in for the General Operating Fund and the transfer-out for the ERATE Fund to move the fund balance from ERATE Fund.
• 3D. BA #2425-52 the General Operating Fund (199) and the Health Plan Internal Service Fund (753) budget amendments in the amount of $2,000,000 to appropriate the transfer-out for the General Operating Fund and the transfer-in for the Health Plan Internal Service Fund for a one-time employer contribution to support the self-funded health plan.
• 3E. BA #2425-53 the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $80,246 for the reclassification of residual Winter Storm URI funds to projects referenced in Exhibit A and this budget amendment is contingent on approval of agenda item #5.

• 4E. RFP 25-005: Bank Depository Services.  Estimated expenditures of $115,000.
