• 3A. BA #2425-03 Discussion and presentation to review the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $222,061 as a result of transfers between functional expenditure categories.
• 3B. BA #2425-04 Discussion and presentation to review the Food Service Fund (101) budget amendment in the amount of $654,306 to appropriate carryover for the Supply Chain Assistance (SCA) funding.
• 3C. BA #2425-05 Discussion and presentation to review the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendments in the amounts of $702,993 to appropriate expenditures from Assigned Fund Balance for the carryover of Winter Storm URI disaster pennies in the amount of $243,623.00 for district projects and from Other Committed Fund Balance for the carryover of Hurricane Hanna disaster pennies in the amount of $459,370 for the Martin High School building B roof replacement project previously approved on 12/12/2023.
• 3D. BA #2425-06 Discussion and presentation to review the E-Rate Fund (180) and General Operating Fund (199) budget amendments in the amounts of $63,912 and $1,175,597, respectfully, to appropriate expenditures from Assigned Fund Balance to carry forward FY 2023-2024 outstanding purchase orders.

• 4D. CTPA Lewisville ISD RFP 2822-21: Student Attendance Data Management Software.  Estimated expenditures of $54,490.
• 4E. Buyboard 707-23: Copier Paper.  Estimated expenditures of $96,138.
• 4F. Choice Partners #23-041MR-07: Replacement of Sheet Metal Roof at Raymond and Tirza Martin High School.  Estimated expenditures of $473,704.
