1.  Discussion and possible action to approve the assignment of $17,899,641 from operational excess revenues over expenditures for the period ended June 30, 2023, to fund the projected budget shortfall in fiscal 2024-25, to fund land and building acquisitions, and to fund the 2023-24 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) project list that was previously approved by Board of Trustees in the June 29, 2023, Special Call Meeting,
 

2.  Discussion and possible action on the following budget amendments.

• 2A. BA #2324-11 Discussion and possible action to approve the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $126,096 for the purchase of secondary schools' band instruments, secondary schools' mariachi orchestra uniforms and supplies, school logo wraps, and cheerleader floor mats for Martin High School and Nixon High School as carried over balances from Committed Fund Balance and Assigned Fund Balance previously approved by Board of Trustees in the June 24, 2021, Regular Board Meeting, and the September 16, 2021, Regular Board Meeting.
• 2B. BA #2324-12 Discussion and possible action to approve the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $3,649,641 to appropriate expenditures from Assigned Fund Balance contingent on the approval of the Assignment of Fund Balance allocation to fund the 2023-2024 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) project list that was previously approved by Board of Trustees in the June 29, 2023, Special Called Meeting, and to fund land and building acquisitions.

3.  Discussion and possible action to approve the recommendation to hire the following Professional Position.  Possible Closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074.
