3. Discussion and possible action on the following budget amendments.

3A. BA #2324-24 Discussion and possible action to approve the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $10,610 as a result of transfers between functional expenditure categories.
3B. BA #2324-25 Discussion and possible action to approve the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $37,326 for the reclassification of residual Winter Storm URI funds from the Multi-Site Area Enclosure Project in the amount of $14,340 and from the replacement of a pick-up truck for Fixed Assets in the amount of $22,986 to purchase a forklift for Division of Operations in the amount of $17,476 and to purchase a school passenger bus for the Transportation Department in the amount of $19,850. Budget amendment is contingent on approval of agenda item #8.
3C. BA #2324-26 Discussion and possible action to approve the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $31,675 for the reclassification of residual Capital Improvement Plan (CIP) funds from pigeon spikes for the Transportation Department in the amount of $13,675 and from the purchase of an LED school marquee for Ligarde Elementary in the amount of $18,000 for the purchase of a second passenger bus for the Transportation Department in the amount of $31,675. Budget amendment is contingent on approval of agenda item #7.
3D. BA #2324-27 Discussion and possible action to approve the Food Service Fund (101) budget amendment in the amount of $86,402 to appropriate additional revenues and expenditures for the Supply Chain Assistance (SCA) (2023) – 2nd Payment.
