6.  Discussion and possible action on the Laredo Health Department Vaping Prevention Curriculum for middle school students - "Catch My Breath".

7.  Discussion and possible action on the Data Management for Assessment and Curriculum (DMAC) Agreement between Region 1 Education Service and Laredo ISD effective October 18, 2023 to October 17, 2024 at an estimated cost of $96,804.

Discussion and possible action on the proposed amendment to DEC (Local) - Compensation and Benefits, Leaves and Absences, to meet the requirements of House Bill 1486 and House Bill 471 regarding the extension of line of duty leave to Police Officers and District telecommunicators who have been injured or become ill in the line of duty.

12.  Discussion and possible action on the Internal Audit Department's Annual Audit Plan for Fiscal Year 2023-2024.  Possible Closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.071(1) and (2); 551.074; and, 551.082(a)(2).
