5.  Discussion and possible action to approve the Assignment of Fund Balance from FYE June 30, 2023, of the carryover winter storm URI disaster pennies in the amount of $2,113,772 to fund the identified District projects approved during the September 29, 2022, Special Called Meeting, and additional identified District projects for board room furniture, district-wide phones, pool resurfacing, and district-wide classroom furniture.
 

6. Discussion and possible action on the Memorandum of Agreement between Laredo Independent School District and UT Health Rio Grande Valley through the Texas Child Health Access Through Telemedicine at no cost to the district, effective 2023-2024.

7. Discussion and possible action on the Memorandum of Understanding between Laredo ISD and Texas A&M International University- Lamar Bruni Vergara for a Collaborative Literacy Partnership at no cost to the district, effective 2023-2024.

8. Discussion and possible action on the Memorandum of Understanding between the Laredo Independent School District and the City of Laredo Health Department Autism Developmental Disabilities Monitoring Program (Laredo ADDM) for 2023-2027.
