7.  Discussion and presentation to review the Assignment of Fund Balance from FYE June 30, 2023, of the carryover winter storm URI disaster pennies in the amount of $2,113,772 to fund the identified District projects approved during the September 29, 2022, Special Called Meeting, and additional identified District projects for board room furniture, district-wide phones, pool resurfacing, and district-wide classroom furniture.

9. Discussion and presentation on the Memorandum of Understanding between Laredo ISD and Texas A&M International University- Lamar Bruni Vergara for a Collaborative Literacy Partnership at no cost to the district, effective 2023-2024.
