• 1A. BA #2223-64 Discussion and possible action to approve the General Operating Fund (199) and the Dennis Nixon Performing Arts Center Fund (490) budget amendment in the amount of $36,000 to fund the Dennis Nixon Performing Arts Center Fund (490) due to loss of rental revenue.
• 1B. BA #2223-65 Discussion and possible action to approve the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $7,900,000 to appropriate local revenue increase in the amount of $2,598,462, increase in state revenues in the amount of $4,161,900 and increase in federal revenues in the amount of $1,139,638 to fund $7,900,000 in payroll expenditures in various functions.
• 1C. BA #2223-66 Discussion and possible action to approve the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $2,452,242, Food Service Fund (101) budget amendment in the amount of $84,431 and Athletic Fund (181) budget amendment in the amount of $31,800 as a result of transfers between functional expenditure categories for Subscription-Based Information Technology Arrangements (SBITA) expenditures.
• 1D. BA #2223-67 Discussion and possible action to approve the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $4,812,789, Food Service Fund (101) budget amendment in the amount of $278,898, and Athletic Fund (181) in the amount of $175,715 to increase expenditures and other sources to account for Subscription-Based Information Technology Arrangements (SBITA) expenditures due to new GASB 96 reporting requirements. 

2.  Discussion and possible action to approve the Capital Improvement Plan for 2023-2024.

3.  Discussion and possible action to approve the proposed compensation plan, including salary increases for District personnel for the 2023-2024 school year, contingent upon compliance with statutory requirements from the 88th Texas Legislature.

4.  Discussion and possible action to approve the 2023-2024 Annual Budget, to include:
