20.  Discussion and possible action on Library Services and Instructional Resources Virtual Cooperative between Region One Education Service Center and Laredo ISD effective September 1, 2023 - August 31, 2024 at an estimated cost of $69,075.60.

21.  Discussion and presentation on the role of property values and its impact to the maximum compressed rate and the total tax rate.
