• 3A - BA #2223-35 Discussion and possible action to approve the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $32,493 as a result of transfers between functional expenditure categories.
• 3B - BA #2223-36 Discussion and possible action to approve the 2018 EDA Bond Series Fund (692) budget amendment in the amount of $80,000 to allocate interest earnings for the purchase of furniture and equipment for the Joseph W. Nixon ROTC construction project.
• 3C - BA #2223-37 Discussion and possible action to approve the Food Service Fund (101) budget amendment in the amount of $507,847 to appropriate additional revenues and expenditures for the Supply Chain Assistance (SCA) 2nd Round Grant Funding.
• 3D - BA #2223-38 Discussion and possible action to approve the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $70,000 to transfer from the K. Tarver Elementary School canopy project to fully fund three box trucks for high school band programs utilizing URI funds.

• 4D. OMNIA #R192006, #R192001, #16154-RFP, Buyboard #649-21, #567-21, 611-20 - Building and Grounds Maintenance, Repair and Operating Supplies, Accessories and Equipment.  Estimated expenditures of $200,000.
• 4E. Sourcecell #030421-JHM - Fire Extinguishers, Inspections, Parts, Services and Replacement.  Estimated expenditures of $75,000.
• 4F. RFQ #2020-002. Professional Civil Engineering & Surveying Services (Parking Lot Resurface Fixed Assets).

• 13A - BA #2223-39 Discussion and possible action to approve the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the net amount of $6,731,565 to appropriate local revenue increase in the amount of $222,868, increase in state revenues in the amount of $6,731,565, increase in federal revenues in the amount of $510,000, and increase in expenditures by $732,868 to fund dual enrollment tuition and fees in the amount of $180,000, Maintenance Department operating expenditures in the amount of $150,000, Transportation Department fleet operating accounts for $229,822 and Fuel in the amount of $173,046.
• 13B - BA #2223-40 Discussion and possible action to approve the General Operating Fund (199), the Capital Projects Fund (616), the Dennis Nixon Performing Arts Center Fund (490), and the Athletics Fund (181) budget amendment in the amount of $1,240,000 to appropriate local revenue increase in the amount of $1,000,000 and increase in federal revenues in the amount of $240,000 to fund $950,000 in the Capital Projects Fund (616) for the Cigarroa Middle Project, $50,000 in the Dennis Nixon Performing Arts Center Fund (490) due to loss of rental revenue, and $240,000 in the Athletics Fund (181) for student travel, helmet reconditioning and game personnel costs.
• 13C - BA #2223-41 Discussion and possible action to approve the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $10,525 as a result of transfers between functional expenditure categories from the Board of Trustees discretionary funds.

14.  Discussion and possible action to renew administrator Chapter 21 one-year term contracts for the school year 2023-2024 as recommended by the Superintendent.  Possible Closed Session Pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.074(a)(1).
