• 3A: BA #2223-31 Discussion and possible action to approve the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $25,002 as a result of transfers between functional expenditure categories.
• 3B: BA #2223-32 Discussion and possible action to approve the Capital Projects Fund (616) budget amendment in the amount of $18,000 to allocate interest earnings for the purchase of technology equipment for the Heights Elementary Additions and Renovations Project. 
• 3C: BA #2223-33 Discussion and possible action to approve the 2018 EDA Bond Series Fund (692) budget amendment in the amount of $142,000 to allocate interest earnings for the purchase of technology equipment for Dr. Leonides G. Cigarroa High School and Joseph W. Nixon ROTC construction projects.

• 4D. RFQ #2021-004. Renewal of Professional Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering Services. Funding will become available as projects are recommended.
• 4E. RFP #19-031. Renewal for Maintenance Services and Consumables for District Printer. Estimated expenditures of $450,000.
• 4F. EPIC 6 #23.22. Dyslexia Platform Software. Estimated expenditures of $65,000.

• 8A. BA #2223-34 Discussion and possible action to approve the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $3,185 as a result of transfers between functional expenditure categories from the Board of Trustees discretionary funds.

9.  Discussion and possible action to approve the recommendation or selection for the following bids, proposals, or qualifications.  Purchases shall be made from the appropriations in the adopted/amended budget.  

• 9A. RFCSP #2022-004 - HVAC Controls and Equipment Replacement (Phase I).  Estimated expenditures of $4,565,000.
• 9B. HGAC Contract # VE 11-20,  TIPS Contract #220304.  Vehicles.  Estimated expenditures of $300,000.
