• BA #2223-24 Discussion and possible action to approve the Capital Projects Fund (616) budget amendment in the amount of $37,224 to allocate interest earnings for cabling costs of the Heights Elementary Additions and Renovations Project. 
• BA #2223-25 Discussion and possible action to approve the 2018 EDA Bond Series Fund (692) budget amendment in the amount of $353,507 to allocate interest earnings for cabling costs of Dr. Leonides G. Cigarroa High School.

12. Discussion and possible action to approve the Memorandum of Understanding between Laredo ISD and Workforce Solutions for South Texas (WSST) for the 2022-2023 school year.

13. Discussion and presentation on the Intruder Detection Audits conducted by the Texas School Safety Center during the month of October. Possible Closed Session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section 551.076.
