1.  Discussion and presentation on items to be procured by the Plant Facilities and Support Services Division including:

• RFP #20-020-Plumbing Parts, Supplies, Equipment Plus Related items & Materials at an estimated amount of $105,000.

2.  Discussion and presentation of the deductive change order No. 1F from Trillium, L.L.C d/b/a/ Cobalt Construction RFCSP #2021-001 New Instructional Technology Training Center in the amount of $39,568.50 for unused allowances included in the original contract amount.

3.  Discussion and presentation for the final completion and release of retainage in the amount of $89,353.23 to Trillium, L.L.C. d/b/a Cobalt Construction RFCSP #2021-001 New Instruction Technology Training Center.

4.  Discussion and presentation on the partial release of retainage in the amount of $653,450.00 to Leyendecker Construction of Texas, Inc. - LISD Administration Building. 

5.  Discussion and presentation of a proposed change order for the extension of the substantial completion date for the Joseph W. Nixon High School ROTC Building.

6.  Discussion and update on current construction projects, including the following:

• Memorial Middle School Synthetic Turf Replacement
• Heights Elementary School
• J.W. Nixon High School R.O.T.C. Building

7.  Discussion and presentation on a three (3) year review of the Texas Education Agency Cost Operations Report.

8. Discussion and presentation on the School Safety Standards Proposed Rule.

9.  Discussion and presentation on the Provisional State and Local Task Force Agreement between the United States Department of Justice, Drug Enforcement Administration, and the Laredo Independent School District Police Department at no cost to the district.
