• RFP#23-006 –HVAC Equipment, Products, Supplies, Accessories Related Services at an estimated amount of $1,200,000
• RFP#21-010 – Sub-Contractors for Electrical Services at an estimated amount of $350,000
• RFP#21-011 – Moving Services at an estimated amount of $100,000
• RFP#23-010 – District-wide Painting Services at an estimated amount of $300,000
   

3. Discussion and presentation of the Dairy MAX Nutrition NOW Grant & the National School Lunch Equipment Assistance Grant awarded to Laredo ISD Child Nutrition Program.
 

4. Discussion and presentation of the additive change order No. 1 for Leyendecker Construction of Texas – Dr. Joaquin G. Cigarroa Middle School in the amount of $957,096.10 for the additional six (6) classrooms at South Classroom Wing.
 

5. Discussion and presentation of a proposed change order for the extension of the substantial completion date for Dr. Leonides G. Cigarroa High School Phase I project to August 31, 2023.
 

6. Discussion and presentation of a proposed change order for the extension of the substantial completion date for Jesus A. Kawas Elementary School project to October 31, 2023.
 

7. Discussion and presentation for the final completion and the release of retainage in the amount of $39,985.85 to Hellas Construction, Inc. for Memorial Middle School Synthetic Turf Replacement project.
