• 3A. BA #2223-42 Discussion and presentation to approve the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $10,730 as a result of transfers between functional expenditure categories.
• 3B. BA #2223-43 Discussion and presentation to approve:              the Capital Projects Fund (616) increase by $215,853;                      the 2018 EDA Bond Series Fund (692) increase by $1,068,640;        the 2022 EDA Bond Series Fund (693) increase by $1,579,724;        to adjust interest revenues and expenditures based on fiscal year end projections. 
• 3C. BA #2223-44 Discussion and presentation to approve the 2018 EDA Bond Series Fund (692) and the 2022 EDA Bond Series Fund (693) budget amendment in the amount of $1,019,000 to allocate interest earnings for the purchase of furniture for the Dr. Leonides G. Cigarroa High School construction project. Contingent on approval of BA #2223-43. 
• 3D. BA #2223-45 Discussion and presentation to approve the 2018 EDA Bond Series Fund (692), the 2022 EDA Bond Series Fund (693), and the Capital Projects Fund (616) budget amendment in the amount of $465,000 to allocate interest earnings for the purchase of technology equipment for the Dr. Leonides G. Cigarroa High School construction project. Contingent on approval of BA #2223-43.
• 3E. BA #2223-46 Discussion and presentation to approve the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $11,203 as a result of transfers between functional expenditure categories from the Board of Trustees discretionary funds.
