• 3A - BA #2223-35 Discussion and presentation to approve the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $33,843 as a result of transfers between functional expenditure categories.
• 3B - BA #2223-36 Discussion and presentation to approve the 2018 EDA Bond Series Fund (692) budget amendment in the amount of $80,000 to allocate interest earnings for the purchase of furniture and equipment for the Joseph W. Nixon ROTC construction project.
• 3C - BA #2223-37 Discussion and presentation to approve the Food Service Fund (101) budget amendment in the amount of $507,847 to appropriate additional revenues and expenditures for the Supply Chain Assistance (SCA) 2nd Round Grant Funding.
• 3D - BA #2223-38  Discussion and presentation to approve the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $70,000 to transfer from the K. Tarver Elementary School canopy project to fully fund three box trucks for high school band programs utilizing URI funds.

• 4D. OMNIA #R192006, #R192001, #16154-RFP, Buyboard #649-21, #567-21, 611-20 - Building and Grounds Maintenance, Repair and Operating Supplies, Accessories and Equipment.  Estimated expenditures of $200,000.
• 4E. Sourcecell #030421-JHM - Fire Extinguishers, Inspections, Parts, Services and Replacement.  Estimated expenditures of $75,000.
• 4F. RFQ #2020-002. Professional Civil Engineering & Surveying Services (Parking Lot Resurface Fixed Assets). 
• 4G. Buyboard #641-21 - Martin High School Batey Gym Replacement, Annual Maintenance & Refinishing of Gym Wood Floors Districtwide.  Estimated expenditures of $250,000
