• 3A: BA #2223-31 Discussion and presentation to approve the General Operating Fund (199) budget amendment in the amount of $25,002 as a result of transfers between functional expenditure categories.
• 3B: BA #2223-32 Discussion and presentation to approve the Capital Projects Fund (616) budget amendment in the amount of $18,000 to allocate interest earnings for the purchase of technology equipment for the Heights Elementary Additions and Renovations Project. 
• 3C: BA #2223-33 Discussion and presentation to approve the 2018 EDA Bond Series Fund (692) budget amendment in the amount of $142,000 to allocate interest earnings for the purchase of technology equipment for Dr. Leonides G. Cigarroa High School and Joseph W. Nixon ROTC construction projects. 

4.  Discussion and presentation to approve the recommendation or selection for the following bids, proposals, or qualifications. Purchases shall be made from appropriations in the adopted/amended budget.

• 4B. RFP #20-021. Renewal of Office Supplies.  Estimated expenditures of $750,000.
• 4C. RFQ #2021-003. Renewal of Professional Structural Engineering Services. Funding will become available as projects are recommended.
• 4D. RFQ #2021-004. Renewal of Professional Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and Fire Protection Engineering Services. Funding will become available as projects are recommended.
• 4E. RFP #19-031. Renewal for Maintenance Services and Consumables for District Printer. Estimated expenditures of $450,000.
• 4F. EPIC 6 #23.22. Dyslexia Platform Software. Estimated expenditures of $65,000.
• 4G. Buyboard #615-20. Copier Paper. Estimated expenditures of $110,502.
• 4H. RFQ #2022-002. Professional Architectural Services. Funding will become available as projects are recommended.
• 4I. Interlocal Agreement. (Multiple Cooperative Contracts). Food Service Equipment, Supplies and Appliances. Estimated expenditures of $375,000.
• 4J. Interlocal Agreement. (Multiple Cooperative Contracts).  Office, Library, Instructional and Cafeteria Furniture. Estimated expenditure of $2,000,000.
