Pursuant to Texas Government Code Sections 551.072, 551.071, and/or 551.129, discussion regarding real property identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 11-9404-0000-00200-8, acquired by deed recorded under Instrument No. 20047271, Official Public Records of Hays County, Texas, and constituting a portion of the property subject to the September 13, 1928 pipeline easement recorded in Volume 96, Page 569 of the Hays County Deed Records, as partially released by the Partial Release of Easement dated April 20, 2005, and possible discussion with legal counsel regarding  legal issues and possible contract terms with same.

Consider and take possible action regarding an abandoned pipeline located on District property at Danforth Junior High School, including consideration of a Bill of Sale and Assignment with Shell Legacy Holdings LLC, a related reimbursement agreement for pipeline removal costs, and possible delegation of authority to the Superintendent or designee and/or Board President to negotiate and execute all related documents concerning the removal of the abandoned pipeline from District property identified as Tax Map Parcel No. 11-9404-0000-00200-8, acquired by deed recorded under Instrument No. 20047271, Official Public Records of Hays County, Texas, and constituting a portion of the property subject to the September 13, 1928 pipeline easement recorded in Volume 96, Page 569 of the Hays County Deed Records, as partially released by the Partial Release of Easement dated April 20, 2005.
