On behalf of fellow Board members, I would like to invite any member of the audience with comments about items of interest or concern that do or do not appear on the agenda this evening to speak. If you are appearing virtually, please begin by stating your name and address. It would be appreciated if you would limit your comments to three minutes so that we can keep the meeting moving in a timely fashion and allow others an opportunity to speak. We ask that you remember that Wisconsin law prohibits us from discussing specific employees or their job performance. V. ACTION ITEMS

V.1. Seclusion and Restraint Report
Description:
2011 ACT 125 Requirement: The law requires each school (the principal or a designee) to report the data annually, by Sept. 1, to the school board a report on the number of incidents of seclusion and physical restraint in the previous year; the total number of students involved in the incidents; and the total number of students with disabilities involved in the incidents. The Act requires the information be broken down by the school.

The school board had asked that this be placed on the September agenda ahead of the Executive Order deadline of September 28.

VI.1. Elementary - Instructional Assistant
Description:
The District recommends approval of Gina Dochnahl to a 1.0 FTE position at the elementary as an Instruction Assistant as of August 31st. Gina's starting hourly wage is $13.50
