Since transferring a suburban to the Food Service Department there is a need to purchase one (1) Multi-Function School Activity Bus. Attached is a copy of the RFP that will be used to seek proposals. Bids will be due on Friday, February 26, 2021 at 9:00 a.m. in the District Office.

On Monday, February 8, 2021, the District received a sole bid to purchase two 71 passenger school buses that the Board had approved to sell rather than trade in on the purchase of new ones.
The one bid received was from North Mac CUSD #34 for $15,050.01 each bus.

On January 6, 2021, the District accepted and publicly opened bids for the purchase of (2) 71-Passenger School Buses. Three bids were received and the lowest bidder was Midwest Bus sales in the amount of $101,425 each bus.
All bids were received responsibly and in accordance with all bid specifications. |

8.k. Approve NB Rate Schedule for Change in Minimum Wage for 2021

Description:
The Illinois minimum wage was increased to $11.00 per hour beginning January 1, 2021. Attached is an upated Wage Rate Schedule to be updated accordingly.
A starting rate for workers under the age of 18 has also been added that is allowable under the minimum wage requirements. Adjustments to wages earned since January 1, 2021 will be made accordingly.
