Approve the Workplace Solutions Cooperative Acceptance Agreement with JCSD and Cintas Corporation.
The Child Nutrition program (CNP) rents personnel uniforms and workplace products such as dining room mats, aprons, dust mops, etc. with Cintas Corporation through the MS state contract. In order to negotiate state contract pricing and receive close to a 3% reduction in savings on select items, JCSD can agree to the Omnia National Cooperative Acceptance Agreement attached. The Child Nutrition department has been satisfied with the products and services Cintas Corporation has provided since the 20-21 school year and we would like to continue offering the same services. The attached Omnia agreement is no added expense to the district and presents a cost savings to the CNP. Therefore, we recommend that the board approve the new Cintas Corporation Omnia Cooperative Acceptance Agreement with JCSD.
