5.A. Consider Work Authorization with Lockwood, Andrews, & Newnam, Inc. (LAN)
Description:  It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the Work Authorization number four with Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc. for Program Management Services related to the May 2022 Bond projects with compensation and payment distribution as outlined in section 2.4 of the attached work authorization, with a copy to be attached to and become a part of the minutes.
5.B. Consider Nash Industries for the Repaving of Existing Parking Lot at Crenshaw Stadium - Sheldon Education and Community Center
Description:  It is the recommendation that the Board of Trustees approve Nash Industries, as a member of a Cooperative Partnership, for the Repaving of Existing Parking Lots at Crenshaw Stadium - Sheldon Education and Community Center at a price not to exceed $684,913.00, which includes Alternate No. 1 as the best value to the District.

Furthermore, it is recommended that the Board of Trustees authorize the superintendent or designee authority to approve payments and authorize expenditures, which do not alter the contract cost or contract time, with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes.
5.C. Consider Interactive TV Purchase for the 9th Grade Center
Description:  It is recommended that the Board of Trustees approve the proposal submitted for the purchase of Newline Interactive TVs as presented by Bluum at a price of $110,038.00 with a copy to be attached to and become part of the minutes.
6. Comments From The Public-Under the Open Records Act, the Board cannot respond to items or comments that are not covered on the agenda; therefore, a Board response will not be made tonight.
7. Adjournment to closed session pursuant to Texas Government Code Section: 551.072 to discuss the purchase, exchange, lease, or value of real property, 551.074 for the purpose of considering the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of a public officer, employee, or to hear complaints or charges against a public officer or employee and 551.076 for considering the deployment, specific occasions for, or implementation of, security personnel or devices.
