Consideration to approve the executive session minutes of the December 13, 2021 regular board meeting and the January 17, 2022 special board meeting; and further, to make public certain executive session minutes from July 2021 through December 2021 according to the requirements of Illinois law; and further, to enact Board Policy 2:220 - Board of Education Meeting Procedures - entitled "Verbatim Record of Closed Meetings", to destroy and destruct the audio recordings of all closed meetings after 18 months have passed since being made which would include all closed meetings prior to June of 2020.
IV.C. Consideration to approve the 2021-2022 seniority lists for non-teaching personnel.
IV.D. Consideration to employ Carmelita Adkins as a part-time (3-hour) cafeteria worker, for the 2021-2022 school year, effective January 25, 2022, contingent upon the results of a background check and TB test.
IV.E. Consideration to employ Jenifer Melching as a part-time (4.75-hour) cafeteria worker, for the 2021-2022 school year, effective January 25, 2022, contingent upon the results of a background check and TB test.
IV.F. Consideration to employ David Woehlke as a full-time custodian, for the 2021-2022 school year, effective January 25, 2022, contingent upon the results of a background check and TB test.
IV.G. Consideration to accept a letter of resignation dated January 3, 2022, from Carol Sparr, health care aide, effective January 14, 2022.
IV.H. Consideration to accept an irrevocable letter of retirement, dated January 18, 2022, from Pamela Lloyd, effective at the end of the 2025-2026 school year.

X.C. Consideration of a resolution providing for the issue of not to exceed $5,850,000 general obligation school refunding bonds, providing for the levy of taxes to pay the bonds, and authorizing the sale of the bonds to the purchaser thereof.
X.D. Consideration to approve FGMArchitects as architect of record and proceed with a ten-year Life Health Safety survey at Gardner Elementary.
