Consideration to accept an irrevocable letter of retirement, dated May 6, 2021, from Sally Zeisset, in accordance with the contract Agreement Between the Board of Education of Waterloo Community Unit School District No. 5 and the Waterloo Classroom Teachers' Association (W.C.T.A.), as stated in Article IX, Section 9.10, Severance Incentive, effective at the end of the 2024-2025 school year.

IX.A. Consideration to approve the 2020-2021 Final Official School Calendar starting on Tuesday, August 11, 2020 and ending on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 with using four (4) emergency days on February 9, 2021, February 10, 2021, February 16, 2021, and February 17, 2021.
IX.B. Consideration to approve the guidelines for attendance at the Waterloo High School 2021 graduation ceremony.
IX.C. Consideration to approve the extra-duty assignments, effective for the 2021-2022 school year as per recommendation from the District Athletic Director, Brian Unger, and administration.

X.B. Consideration to authorize the Superintendent to enter into a contract with Moore Asphalt Inc. for sealing of the asphalt at W.J. Zahnow Elementary and Gardner Elementary, in the amount of $35,675.00.
X.C. Consideration to employ Tim McDermott as a Waterloo High School Assistant Principal, and approve a two-year contract, effective July 1, 2021 through June 30, 2023.
X.D. Consideration to employ one full-time elementary teacher, for the 2021-2022 school year, effective August 10, 2021, contingent upon the results of a background check and TB test; and obtainment of PEL licensure.
X.E. Consideration to employ one full-time elementary teacher, for the 2021-2022 school year, effective August 10, 2021, contingent upon the results of a background check and TB test.
