X.A. Consideration to acknowledge the Waterloo Classroom Teachers Association (WCTA) demand to bargain and to appoint the Finance Committee as the Negotiating Committee.
X.B. Consideration to approve a two-year contract, as presented, for Brian Unger, District Athletic Director and Waterloo High School Dean of Students, effective July 1, 2020 through June 30, 2022.
X.C. Consideration to award the bid for removal of existing and installation of new tile at Gardner Elementary.
X.D. Consideration to authorize the Superintendent to enter into a contract with CTS Group, in the amount not to exceed $13,185.00, for Dynamic Lighting Control and upgrades to Waterloo High School gymnasiums.
X.E. Consideration to establish Regular Board Meeting dates, time, and place.
X.F. Consideration to employ one full-time District Maintenance Director, for the 2020-2021 school year, effective July 1, 2020, contingent upon the results of a background check and TB test.
X.G. Consideration to employ one full-time HS science teacher, for the 2020-2021 school year, effective August 11, 2020, contingent upon the results of a background check and TB test.
X.H. Consideration to employ one full-time HS art teacher, for the 2020-2021 school year, effective August 11, 2020, contingent upon the results of a background check and TB test.
