II. COMMUNICATIONS - Public Comments
The Board welcomes and encourages public comment at regularly scheduled board meetings. If you have a suggestion, question, concern or comment, please submit the blue communication form online by 4:30 p.m. the day of the Board meeting and it will be read into the record during the "Communications" portion of the meeting. Or you may submit the form in person before the meeting begins and you will be called upon to address the Board during public comment. Please limit comments to no more than three (3) minutes. Online forms submitted after 4:30 p.m. will be forwarded to the next month's meeting. While the Board appreciates your participation, please understand that we cannot actively engage in dialogue during public comment. We take all matters seriously and if there is a specific question or comment that requires follow up, the appropriate Board or Administration contact will provide a response to you within two weeks or less. |
