  Approval of Memorandum of Understanding - United Way Quad Cities

Recommended Motion: that the Board of Education approve the Memorandum of Understanding between United Way Quad Cities and Moline-Coal Valley School District/Wilson Middle School related to a collaboration to embed the Communities In Schools model of integrated student supports (CIS Model) in the School District. See Attachment No. 2.
 

  Approval of First Reading of Updated Board of Education Policies 

Recommended Motion: that the Board of Education accept for first reading the updated Board of Education Policies A-R, which are the result of a five-year review with no changes; minor style changes; footnote update; or legal reference update, as presented. See Attachment No. 3.
 

  Approval of Lease Agreement between Western Illinois University and Moline-Coal Valley School District No. 40

Recommended Motion: that the Board of Education approve the lease agreement at an anticipated cost of $20,000 per month, as outlined in the lease agreement for the temporary location of Lincoln-Irving Elementary School with Western Illinois University, Moline, Illinois, QC Complex Buildings A&B for the duration of the Lincoln-Irving Elementary expansion project. See Attachment No. 4.
