Property: The surface only of an approximate 0.775-acre tract of land out of the S. & J. Arocha Grant, A-1, located in Floresville, Wilson County, Texas.

Consider approval of possible action by resolution on sale of district real property described below, pursuant to Local Government Code Chapter 272 and authorize the Superintendent to enter into a Real Estate Sale Agreement with the City of Floresville, and authorizes the President of the Board of Trustees to execute a deed and other documents necessary to effect the conveyance of the Property.
Property: The surface only of an approximate 1.0025-acre tract of land out of the Lopez Addn., Lot 2 (PT) & 3 & 4 (PT), located in Floresville, Wilson County, Texas.
