Description:
To create consistency and reflect the responsibilities of the role, we propose establishing a standard pay rate of $18 per hour for the position of one-on-one Adaptive Bowling Coach, regardless of whether the individual is a teacher or paraprofessional. This flat rate would: Ensure equity across all three positions. Simplify payroll and future staffing decisions. We believe $18 per hour is a fair and appropriate rate for this role. |
