6.E. Approve the AKT Peerless Environmental Proposal updated and more extensive environmental studies for the Due Diligence required for the County property purchase in the amount of $6,500. Bond funds will be used.

6.F. Approve the AKT Peerless State required air monitoring services and management by a third party for asbestos abatement not to exceed the following amounts based on no more than four weeks per school - Arthur Hill $30,800.00, Saginaw High $30,800.00, and SASA $30,800.00. Bond funds will be used.

6.G. Approve NBS Commercial Interiors for the Handley moving expenses for boxes and labels in the amount of $5,300. Bond funds will be used.

6.H. Approve NBS Commercial Interiors for the Handley moving expenses for labor costs in the amount of $31,360.00. Bond funds will be used.

6.I. Approve the contracted service with Structured Technologies for the first phase of the district P.A. system upgrade. The total cost of this project is $297,876.00. A portion of this expense will be paid for by the COPS grant if the district receives the award. If not, the total expenditure will come from general fund dollars.

Washington, Policy and Curriculum Meeting on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 5:00 p.m., a Budget Hearing on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 5:00 p.m., a Briefing Session on Wednesday, June 14, 2023 at 5:30 p.m., a Buildings and Grounds/Finance Committee of the Whole meeting on Monday, June 19, 2023 at 5:00 p.m., a Budget Hearing on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at 5:00 p.m., an Action Meeting on Wednesday, June 21, 2023 at 5:30 p.m. and a Special Meeting - Adoption of Budget on Monday, June 26, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. The meetings will be held in the Board Room of the Administration Building, 550 Millard Street.
