Motion: The Board of Education approve the agenda for the October 26, 2020 regular meeting via Zoom.

Motion: The Board of Education approve the regular meeting minutes of October 19, 2020.

Public Comment:  This is the opportunity to address the Board.  Speakers are to confine their remarks to five minutes.  If a speaker requires more than five minutes, after all other persons who have requested to speak during this part of the meeting have spoken, that speaker will be allowed additional time.  The Superintendent or other district staff may comment to clear up or avoid significant misunderstandings.

VI. Action Items
A. 80/20 Hard Cap Healthcare Resolution
Motion: The Board of Education adopt the Resolution to Comply with PA 152 of 2011 as presented.
B. 2021 Summer Tax Levy Resolution
Motion: The Board of Education adopt the resolution, as presented, to impose a 100% summer tax levy to collect all school property taxes.
C. 2020-21 Tuition Rates
Motion: The Board of Education approve the 2020-21 tuition rates as presented.
D. Recertification of the Extended Continuity of Learning Plan
Motion: The Board of Education recertify the Extended Continuity of Learning Plan to extend remote learning through the end of 2020 and transition students to in-person instruction in January, should health and risk data at the time support the transition.
