8.9. Consider approval of the Memorandum of Agreement between Education Minnesota Rock Ridge and ISD 2909, Rock Ridge.

8.10. Discussion with Counsel regarding pending litigation related to the demolition of District buildings in the City of Eveleth.  All or a portion of this discussion may be closed to the public pursuant to Minn. Stat. § 13D.05, subd. 3(b).
