1. Call to Order
Description:  This is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the School District's business and is not to be considered a public community meeting.

Description:  The meeting was noticed by way of publication in the Waterford Post on Thursday, May 19, 2022, and by posting in the District Office and on the District's website. Minutes from the March 21, 2022 regular meeting were published in the Waterford Post on Thursday, April 28, 2022. These minutes were also published on the District's website.

5. Board Reoganization
Description:  School board members elected at the spring election took office on the fourth Monday in April. 
5.A. Election of Board Officers
Description:  Section 120.05(1)(c) of the WI State Statutes notes that  In the case of a school board with more than 3 members, the school board shall annually elect a school district president, vice president, treasurer, and clerk from among its members at a school board meeting held on or within 30 days after the 4th Monday in April. The election of board officers can be made by a verbal vote or by paper ballot.
5.B. Board Representative - CESA 2 Delegate Convention (June, 2022) and WASB State Annual Education Convention Delegate Assembly (January, 2023)
Description:  Annually, the Board is required by statute to appoint a member as its representative at the annual CESA 2 Delegate Convention held in June. In addition, the Board must also appoint a representative and an alternative to serve as the District's delegate at the state education annual convention held in January.

5.C. Board Committee Assignments
Description:  Annually, the Board President assigns board members to the various existing committees. Board members may wish to discuss the committee assignments. The previous committee assignments for the current school year to date were as follows.
- Building and Grounds: Klemko, Schoenfeld, Schwartz
- Finance:  Purtell, Schwartz
- Personnel:  Klemko, Schoenfeld
- Athletic Code of Appeals: Purtell, Santaga
- Curriculum and Policy: Purtell, Schwartz
5.D. 2022-2023 Board Meeting Dates
Description:  Attached is a list of proposed board meeting dates for the upcoming school year, which follows the established schedule of the fourth Monday each month with a few exceptions to avoid schedule conflicts with holidays.

7. Student Recognition
7.A. WSMA Honors Project
Description:  The following WUHS students were selected from more than 1,100 students to be part of one of the five ensembles of the Wisconsin School Music Association Honors Project:  Lily Balge (treble choir), Megan Frohne (band), Chloe Klingsten (treble choir), Ava Lennartz (mixed choir), Elyonna Nation (treble choir),  Alexander Popp (mixed choir), and Gabriel Sell (mixed choir). 
8. Resident Comments
Description:  At this time the board would like to invite any member of the audience to stand with comments about items of interest or concern that do or do not appear on the agenda this evening. Please begin by stating your name and address. It would be appreciated if you would limit your comments to three minutes so that we can keep the meeting moving in a timely fashion and allow others an opportunity to speak. We ask that you remember that Wisconsin law prohibits us from discussing specific employees or their job performance. Thank you for your support of our school district.

9.A. Student Council Report
Description:  The Student Council Sergeant at Arms will provide an update on the recent activities of various student co-curricular clubs. 
9.B. Wolverine Booster Club 
9.C. Post Referendum Discussion and Ten-Year Facility Plan
Description:  One measure of fiscal responsibility is creating and implementing a ten-year facility plan.  With a failed referendum, the board will have the next opportunity to discuss the next steps toward implementing the plan.
