This is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the School District's business and is not to be considered a public community meeting.

Description:
This meeting was noticed by way of posting at the District Office (Door #7) and at Entrance #19, and was published on the District's website.

4. Reconvene in Executive Session under State Statute 19.85(1)(e) deliberating or negotiating the purchasing of public properties, the investing of public funds, or conducting other specified public business, whenever competitive or bargaining reasons require a closed session.
