Description:  This is a meeting of the Board of Education in public for the purpose of conducting the School District's business and is not to be considered a public community meeting.

Description:  The meeting was noticed by way of publication in the Waterford Post on Friday, January 14, 2022, and by posting in the District Office, at Entrance #19, and on the District's website. The meeting was also posted at the following municipalities within the district: Waterford Town Hall, 415 N. Milwaukee Street, Waterford; Village of Waterford, 123 N. River Street, Waterford; and Dover Town Hall, 4110 S Beaumont Ave, Kansasville, WI.

5.A.(1) Resignation - Katie Wedell, English Teacher (1.0 FTE)
5.B. CIPA - Children's Internet Protection Act
Description:  Waterford Union High School participates in the federal E-Rate program, which provides the District with significant discounts on internet and fiber optic connections, services, as well as technology infrastructure. The District is required to teach internet safety and to have internet protection software in place to block access to harmful images. The WUHS District complies with both of these requirements. In addition, the District is required to acknowledge this compliance at a public meeting and to ask if there are any questions or concerns about internet safety.

6.A. Initial Resolution Authorizing General Obligation Bonds in an Amount Not to Exceed $19,750,000
Description:  BE IT RESOLVED by the School Board of the Waterford Union High School District, Racine and Waukesha Counties, Wisconsin that there shall be issued pursuant to Chapter 67 of the Wisconsin Statutes, general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed $19,750,000 for the public purpose of paying the cost of a school facility improvement project at the district building and grounds consisting of: building systems, capital maintenance, safety, security and site improvements; renovations and building modernization; and acquisition of furnishings, fixtures and equipment.

6.B. Resolution Providing for a Referendum Election the Question of the Approval of an Initial Resolution Authorizing the Issuance of General Obligation Bonds in an Amount Not to Exceed $19,750,000

6.C. Approval of NBS Proposal for Waterford Union
Description:  Waterford Union High School along with the Waterford Graded School District (and potentially other schools) wish to explore the possibility of self-funding their respective health plans and building new plans that include an employer-sponsored clinic and incentives for members to utilize high-value providers. This venture may or may not include forming a cooperative.
