7. Items For Board Action
7.A. North Athletic Parking Lot Reconstruction
Presenter:  Luke Francois
Description:  The reconstruction area was provided to the Building and Grounds Committee for review with anticipated cost to correct the poor soils over roughly 2/3 of the parking lot area.  The Building and Grounds committee recommends the Board proceeds by eliminating up to ten stalls to reduce expenditure and assist with water running through the swail adjacent.

The plan includes removing 8 stalls from the southwest corner, raising the grade of the southwest corner, underdrain along the south edge of pavement to the aggregate drainage, and 6:1 slopes for the green space outside the raised parking lot.  Scherer will need to plan to provide the change order pricing.
