7.e. Grants/Donations:

• Approve a $500 mini grant from the Jackie Hunt Insurance Agency (matching funds from State Farm) to Russ Riehbrandt to purchase a human skeleton.
• Approve a $500 mini grant from the Jackie Hunt Insurance Agency (matching funds from State Farm) to Joshua Hopper to purchase Orff instruments.
• Approve a $312 donation from the Menomonie Lion's Club for our Food Service Angel Fund.

8. Adjournment to closed session under Wis. Statutes 19.85 (1)(c)  for the purpose of discussing employment, promotion, compensation or performance evaluation data of any public employee over which the governmental body has jurisdiction or exercises responsibility. Specifically, to discuss 2023-2024 staffing and a professional staff leave request.

9. Reconvene in Open Session for the purpose of taking action as deemed necessary or appropriate on any matter discussed or deliberated upon in Closed Session.
