Description:  District staff has gathered the information for the monthly financial reports.  The monthly reports for March 2021 will be reviewed with the board.

Description:  Steve Pumper with PMA has provided the Finance Committee with a sample resolution for potential investment opportunities for our OPEB trust fund monies and we need to determine the next steps. The resolution is included as an attachment.

Description:  The district recently provided the board an update on COVID-19 funding. A request was made to provide additional detail on the expenses. A more detailed report is attached.

Description:  The district recently provided information to a reporter about its Green Ribbon School award. District staff is providing the update to the school board at this time as well.

Description:  The district has begun the process of building the 2021-2022 budget.  The initial input is being gathered from Principals and Administrators regarding the programs and staffing levels. Discussions with the Finance and Facilities Committee will be held as district staff moves forward with the development of the 2021-2022 Preliminary Budget. A draft of the newly suggested reports to be added to the annual budget by program and detail by the program are attached for the board to review. District staff is planning to resent a budget showing a growth of 50 students as discussed at the April 26, 2021 work session at the June 14, 2021 school board meeting.
