1.B. 2020-2021 Enrollment Update
Description:
The district is showing 3,961 students enrolled in the district. This is a decline of 110 students since 10/1/2019 and a decline of 129 over the 10/1/2018 count. This is a decline in enrollment of 2.7%. This decline is primarily due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Please review the attached enrollment worksheet for individual grade information.

1.C. Potential Bond Refunding
Description:
The school district is presented with potential bond refunding opportunities from time to time. A review has been done by the district's financial advisor and there are no opportunities at this time. The review is attached for the board's review.

1.D. 2020-2021 Preliminary Budget Process
Description:
The district has begun the process of building the 2021-2022 budget. Initial input is being gathered from Principals and Administrators regarding programs and staffing levels. Discussions with the Finance and Facilities Committee will be held as district staff moves forward with the development of the 2021-2022 Preliminary Budget.
