8.B. Board Self Constraints- The board, either collectively or through the actions of individual Board members, shall not: spend less than 50% of time during board authorized public meetings focused on student outcomes. 
Superintendent- The superintendent shall not allow a teacher turnover rate to be above par with the state average. 
CPM-The number of campus visits by the superintendent will increase from 0 in June 2023 to visiting each campus 1 time per week by June 2028.
