8. Action:  2019-2020 Working Budget
                Board adopted the Tentative Working Budget in July and this one is the final. 
                The total expenditures did not change.

9. Action:  Ordinance 2019-9-1  Budget & Appropriation
                The library administration has been designated by the Board of Trustees to
                 prepare in tentative form a budget and appropriation ordinance for the Gail
                 Borden Public Library  District, Kane and Cook Counties, Illinois and in
                 accordance with such designation have prepared such tentative budget and
                 appropriation ordinance and made the ordinance conveniently available to
                 public inspection for at least thirty (30) days prior to final action.  A public
                 hearing is scheduled prior to the September 10, 2019 Board of Trustees
                 meeting.  Notice of the hearing was given at least thirty (30) days prior to
                 the meeting by publication in the Daily Herald.

10. Action:  Resolution 2019-9-A
               Determines the amount of money estimated to be necessary to be raised by
               taxation for the 2019-2020 fiscal year to support the Operating Budget.  The
               Board's adoption of the aggregate levy will take place at the October or
               November meeting.

11. Action: Special Reserve Fund
                Plan to utilize funds from the Special Reserve Fund for Capital Projects and
                Equipment. Document distributed at meeting.

                Moving from Rackspace to Microsoft hosted services.
