6. Freedom of Information Act

6.A. Ms. Welch - We received a request for information relating to Request for Proposals for PR services and the executed contract, emails, and payments made to EO Sullivan from 2022 through June 2024.

6.B. Ms. Tecza - We received a request for the number of staff who have left the District since 2017, number of full-time teachers employed presently, and the number of full-time teachers who have been employed for two years or less.

6.C. Mr. Chapman - We received a request for communications between Dr. Nolan and any member of the Board or District employee regarding Lauren King or any District volleyball teams/coaches.

6.D. Ms. Romano - We received a request for all emails sent by Board members between August 1, 2022 through July 17, 2024.

6.E. Mr. Vance - We received a request for information regarding email addresses and job titles for Board members, teachers, and administrators in the District.

6.F. Ms. Nodurft - We received a request for all emails between Mr. Chapman and/or Ms. Gravitt and Dr. Mongan, Dr. Haug, and/or the members of the Board of Education.

6.G. Mr. Barham - We received a request for the names and applications of anyone that applied for the open Board of Education seat.

7. Executive Session

7.A. Adjourn to Closed Session to Hear Information Regarding:
The appointment, employment, resignation, compensation, discipline, performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body, including hearing testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee or against legal counsel for the public body to determine its validity [5 ILCS 120/2(c)(1)]. Collective negotiating matters between the public body and its employees or their representatives, or deliberations concerning salary schedules for one or more classes of employees [5 ILCS 120/2(c)(2)]. Student disciplinary cases [5 ILCS 120/2(c)(9)]. Litigation, when an action against, affecting or on behalf of the particular public body has been filed and is pending before a court or administrative tribunal, or when the public body finds than an action is probable or imminent, in which case the basis for the finding shall be recorded and entered into the minutes of the closed meeting [5 ILCS 120/(c)(11)]. Discussion of minutes of meetings lawfully closed under the Open Meetings Act, whether for purposes of approval by the body of the minutes or semi-annual review of the minutes as mandated by Section 2.06 [5 ILCS 120/2(c)(21)].
