This will include installing a locking cover on the ladder to the south storage mezzanine.

Description:
Rationale: The Board of Education approves the destruction of particular closed meeting recording(s) that are at least 18 months old and for which approved minutes of the closed meeting already exist, per 5 ILCS 120/2(c)(21) and Board Policy 2:220.
Recommended Motion: I move that the Lincolnwood School District 74 Board of Education authorize the destruction of certain closed session audio recordings, as listed on the attachment, which were held prior to May 2017, and for which approved minutes already exist, as reviewed by the Board of Education and recommended by the Secretary of the Board of Education.
