2. Consider and Approve Golden Penny

3. Set the Tax Rate for the 2023-2024 School Year.

Consider and take action on an order directing the defeasance of redemption of certain off the District's outstanding unlimited tax bonds on one or more occasions; appointing an authorized officer and delegating authority to the authorized officer the authority to make all determinations required to effectuate such defesance or redemption; and enacting other provisions relating to the subject. 

5. Consider and approve Friona ISD Substitute Pay Scale. 

6. Consider and approve Friona ISD Custodian Pay Scale

7. Consider and approve a donation from Friona Interbank and Justin Jeter to Friona ISD.
