10)A. Motion to approve the resolution for the Designation of a Person or Persons to Prepare the FY25 Tentative Budget of the Hinckley-Big Rock School District
Description:
This annual resolution allows the Superintendent to begin working on the tentative budget for the following fiscal year.

Description:
There are no recommended changes from the 2023-2024 fees

10)C. Motion to approve the establishment of Hinckley-Big Rock Middle School as a 5th-8th grade learning center for the 2024-2025 school year and beyond.
Description:
In accordance with policy 2:20 the Board must establish the attendance units within the District. This motion establishes the middle school as a learning center for 5th-8th grade versus 6th-8th grade only.

10)D. Motion to approve the resolution abating the working cash fund.
Description:
Bond proceeds will come into the district’s working cash fund. To use this money to pay for our project improvements, it must first be moved to the O&M fund and then to the capital projects fund. This type of inter-fund transfer requires Board approval.
