At this time, anyone wishing to address the Board concerning items not included in this agenda may do so.  The Board reserves the right to delay any response until they can be fully informed on the matter.  At the discretion of the Chair, further public participation may be allowed per policy BDDH.  The Board shall not entertain or consider complaints until they have first been addressed as per policy KL.  The Board will now hear up to 5 comments no more than two minutes each submitted by the audiences.
