5. Consideration and possible approval of lowering the Superintendent's spending cap from $40,000 to $5,000.

6. Consideration and possible approval of relinquishing Superintendent's hiring authority. 

7. Discussion, consideration and possible approval with Region 16 to conduct Superintendent search.

8. CLOSED SESSION - Trustees will meet in closed session as permitted by the Texas Government Code Section 551.001 et.seq.
 

8.A. Deliberation on the appointment, employment, compensation, evaluation, assignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of employees pursuant to Texas Government code 551.074.

8.B. Deliberation and Consultation with attorney regarding potential or contemplated litigation or matters involving attorney  client privilege pursuant to Texas Government Code 551.071. 

8.C. Discussion and consideration of Superintendent search, Interim Superintendent, Superintendent transition and duties. 

9. Consider and possible approval of a temporary Interim Superintendent.
